| Winemaking | Harvested by hand early in the morning to preserve all the aromas and first sorting to keep the best grapes. The beginning of the harvest is determined to ensure the maximum varietal aromas while keeping a beautiful freshness. The grapes are pressed immediately on arrival in the cellar which gives a nice light color. Blending is done after after the alcoholic fermentation made in stainless steel tank. |
