The La Table d’Aimé restaurant invites you to rediscover the taste of good food from a simple cuisine that respects the product. Domaine Cazes wines are served alongside dishes of Catalan and Mediterranean inspiration, which are mostly organic and sourced from local producers.
For beautiful evenings of spring and summer, it’s possible to eat under the palm trees which display the terrace. Every Tuesday in July and August, musical evenings are organized.
Recently admitted to the “Toques Blanches du Roussillon”, Sébastien feeds on his many culinary discoveries to create dishes in which he brilliantly pairs local produce with the Cazes estate wines.
