| Description | This wine is made from a blend of Mediterranean grapes, growing on a pebbles terroir. These pebbles capture heat during the day and release it on nigths offering berries a nice maturity with riches notes of spices and ripe fruits. A well-balanced wine, with fine tannin and red fruits aromas with a hint of liquorice. |

| Terroir | Clay-limestone with some schistose materials as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high quality wines. |
| Winemaking | The grapes are totally destemmed before being placed in vats. Alcoholic fermentation is done at 28°C with several pumping over a day for a best extraction. Maceration lasts 4 weeks. |
