
As a tribute to Aimé CAZES, founder of CAZES, father of André and Bernard, this restaurant has naturally found its name. 
This project has finally taken shape thanks to the collaboration between Lionel Lavail, general manager of CAZES and the Head Chef, Sébastien Colombier.
Keen to serve dishes created with quality products and remain, environment-friendly, Lionel Lavail and Sébastien Colombier imagined a restaurant where the menus are made with a majority of "Organic" products.
The aim of "La Table d'Aimé" is to offer quality and respectful cuisine from good produces and accompanied with wines by CAZES.

From the 1st May to the 30th September : open everyday for lunch and dinner (including day off with a special menu).
From the 1st October to the 30th April : Close on Sunday and Monday (lunch and dinner).
