Cazes acquired Les Clos de Paulilles, symbolic estate between Collioure and Banyuls whose quality of wine is recognized all other the world.
With this acquisition, Cazes widens its pallet of High-class Wines of Roussillon and thus pursues its historic quest to reveal and glorify, thanks to an environment friendly wine growing, all the authenticity and the richness of the Roussillon “terroirs”.

The restaurant The Table of Aimé opens again its doors on Tuesday, January 10th, 2012.
From May the 1st to September the 30th : open every day for lunch and dinner
From October the1st to April the 30th : open fromTuesday lunch to Saturday dinner (closed on Sunday and Monday all day long)
